1. BACKGROUND

Music Mix Pro L.L.C. is committed to providing quality event services. Our hope is that no one will have to use a cancellation or refund policy. However, we offer this policy to show that we stand behind our products and services 100 percent.

2. PAYMENT

Music Mix Pro L.L.C. offers multiple payment opportunities. We accept cash, check, money order, credit cards and PayPal. Some services may require a “deposit” that is non-refundable when cancelling but will be fully refunded if Music Mix Pro L.L.C. fails to render services that were promised.

3. CANCELLATION

If for whatever reason the client chooses to cancel services, Music Mix Pro L.L.C. will refund any monies paid except for the good faith “deposit” as long as there is one (1) weeks notice to cancelling. If Music Mix Pro L.L.C. must cancel for any reason, all monies paid, including the good faith “deposit” will be refunded.

4. REFUNDS

If the client is not 100 percent satisfied with Music Mix Pro L.L.C’s products or services, the client is entitled to any monies paid including the good faith “deposit.” Music Mix Pro L.L.C must be allowed the chance to make any product or services good to the client. If the “second chance” is also deemed unacceptable by the client, a refund will be initiated. The refund will given the same way it was received. For example, credit card transactions will credit the exact account that was used to purchase.
